A second camera surfaced that gives a detailed account how things played out with Mr. LaVoy being gunned down. It's troublesome to think that O.J. Simpson a suspect in killing two people was allowed drive around for hours until he decided to surrender, but a passionate protester gets gunned without a chance.

2016 Board of Supervisors Election For District 1, 2, & 4
The 2016 election brings a good mix of candidates from various backgrounds that could take Lassen County Government to a whole new dynamic. Your choices are: District 1; from Chris Gallagher an ex cop, to Alex DeMartimprey a small business owner, to Paul Statti a retired prison guard. District 2; from David Teeter the bookstore clerk, to Chris Montgomery the radio host, to Connie Stovall the past Elks exalted leader. District 4; from Aaron Albaugh the rancher, to Stacy Dickson the former tribal leader. May the best person win, who is honest, transparent, willing to work for the people and not a self-server. Lassen County desperately needs strong leaders, who are committed to pulling the county out of a 40 year old quagmire state of corruption.
Note: Every vote counts, even when your County Clerk Bustamante is counting them. Don't let the election be thrown by a handful of votes.

Ezekiel 14 ‘They have blown the trumpet, they have made all things ready, but no one will go into battle, for my wrath is on the whole crowd.
15 Outside is the sword; inside are plague and famine. Those in the country will die by the sword; those in the city will be devoured by famine and plague.
16 The fugitives who escape will flee to the mountains.16 Like doves of the valleys, they will all moan, each for their own sins.
17 Every hand will go limp; every leg will be wet with urine.
18 They will put on sackcloth and be clothed with terror. Every face will be covered with shame, and every head will be shaved.
19 ‘They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will be treated as a thing unclean. Their silver and gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the Lord’s wrath. It will not satisfy their hunger or fill their stomachs, for it has caused them to stumble into sin.
Lassen County Scoop Owes No One!
We Are Not Affiliated Or Funded By Lassen County Government Or The Alfalfa Mafia.
KanWeHelp have filed numerous complaints of Brown Act violation against Lassen County Board of Supervisors. When the justice system fails within the county, you look for another recourse outside the county. March 22, 2016, Supervisor Chapman crossed the line, when he made threats to have a member of the public arrested for exercising their right to comment on "ALL" agenda items in a public meeting. Government tyranny is alive and well in Lassen County.

It's been almost a year, since William Romero was arrested for the murder of Angel Siler in September 2011. A trail date set for April 18, 2016 was vacated (taken off the calendar). When will justice be served in Lassen County?
The DA's office and former Chief of Police Downing were both informed of two other alleged suspects; Daniel Brewer and a man named Chris in Angel's murder, however, charges were never filed.
When the Justice Systems fail in Lassen County, it only leaves a door to swing wide-open for more people to be victimized.
Note: Supervisor Jim Chapman is more concerned about having his elevator in the old Courthouse building, spending thousands of taxpayers' dollars to entry his community in "America's Best Community" contest and having a lady thrown in jail for making public comment on an agenda item at a public board meeting, in which is allowed by the Brown Act - California Gov. Code, then being concerned about the rising crime rate in Susanville.

Would You Trust Teeter To Be Lassen County's Next Supervisor?
When Thomas Jefferson posted questions on David Teeter campaign Facebook, which he claimed would be answered in minutes, this was far from the truth. Not only did he not answer the question, but he deleted the questions and then blocked Jefferson from posting any more question.
The question were legit. Jefferson asked; who were the original founders of Historic Uptown Susanville Association (HUSA)? (Teeter is currently president of HUSA) Teeter did not reply to Jefferson's question. Then Jefferson asked, if the owner of Margie Book store was one of the original founders. Jefferson also, asked Tweeter, how he felt about government transparency and if elected, would he follow the Brown Act in the Board meetings or continue on as his predecessors have. If a person cannot answers these two easy questions, then they have no business running for office. Lassen County does not need another Chapman as Supervisor or a puppet for Chapman.

Is Lassen Candidate, Connie E. Stovall the same person as Connie E. Russak who holds a license with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation or are there two different individuals with the name Connie living at 824 Shasta St? If this is found to be true, then which name is her legal name?

Lassen County Is A Disgrace
It's a sad day, when you hear Veterans say that they didn't fight for our freedom, to see citizens railroaded by government officials and not obey the laws of the land themselves. How long will Lassen County Board of Supervisors continue to violate the Brown Act, along with other violations? As long as you allow it and media ignores the corruption. To do nothing is giving your consent for government corruption to flourish. Isn't it about time the people in Lassen County stand up for their rights and make some noise? Remember the Board of Supervisors and any other public officials are your servants, who works for you. You as a taxpayer pay their salaries.
Media Is Often Referred To As The "Fourth Branch of Government
There are three branches of government, the executive, legislative and judicial, that makes and enforce and interpret laws and public policy. The news media tell the people what the three branches of government are doing. Just as the three branches have a system of checks and balances that keeps one branch from wielding too much power, the media are the watchdog of all three branches, and they keep the public informed of the government’s activities – both good and bad. Without the media, people would know little about what our elected officials are doing.

"Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day"
Long over due, Lassen County Board of Supervisors are to adopt a resolution "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day" at their next board meeting on March 22, 2016. More than 40 plus years later after the Vietnam War, Lassen County decides to fall in line with United States Senate, the State of California, along with many other local and state governments who have adopted the resolution to give the Vietnam Veterans the welcome home they so deserve. We cannot right the wrong done, what's already done is done. We can only go forward and give the Vietnam Veterans the recognition for serving our country while putting themselves in harms way for our freedom. Be sure to thank a Vet and join the community celebration on April 2, 2016.
